Course Overview
Mental health training for managers has become an important part of workplace success. This is why our Being a Mindful Manager course is designed to support management teams and business leaders in leading from the front on matters of mental health and wellbeing. On completion of the course, you will have gained more confidence in approaching and discussing mental health issues at work as you develop a greater understanding of the impact of different conditions and build the skills necessary to appropriately and effectively support the mental health of your staff.
Duration: 3.5 hours, including a short break.
Who it's for: Relevant across all business sectors and industries, this course is for managers, leaders, or anyone in a supervisory role.
Course delivery: Our Being a Mindful Manager training is available for on-site or remote delivery. It is an engaging session that actively encourages involvement through a mixture of group activities and open discussions.
Aims and outcomes:

How to Book
Our Being a Mindful Manager course is open to bookings for both employers and individuals.
For employers:
Employers can book a group session for between 6 and 16 staff to be delivered remotely or on-site by getting in touch.
For individuals:
Individuals may register themselves for one of our upcoming open sessions as they become available.
