Course Overview
In the context of today's fast-paced and ever-changing world, resilience is recognised as an essential skill for the workplace. Not only does it help us thrive and adapt within a challenging work environment, but it also helps us to bounce back from adversity. Exploring techniques and practical strategies for improving our resilience, staff attending one of our Being Resilient workshops will benefit from learning new ways of identifying potential stressors and effectively managing them.
Duration: 1.5 hours.
Who it's for: This course is designed for all employees, regardless of position.
Course delivery: Our Being Resilient training is available to employers for on-site or remote delivery. It is an engaging session that actively encourages involvement through a mixture of group activities and open discussions.
Aims and outcomes:
- Enhance employee knowedlge and understanding of stress, wellbeing, and resilience.

How to Book
Our Being Resilient course is open to bookings for both employers and individuals.
For employers:
Employers can book a group session for between 6 and 16 staff to be delivered remotely or on-site by getting in touch.
For individuals:
Individuals may register themselves for one of our upcoming open sessions as they become available.
